I had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect, with shops and eateries within walking distance, and several tourist attractions just a short walk away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving me a small map with recommendations for local eateries. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a nice bathroom and free toiletries. I especially appreciated the free laundry room and the option to park my bike securely in the lobby. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, including delicious croissants and fresh fruit. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Spent Christmas with my family at a hotel in Hualien, Taiwan and it was fantastic! The breakfast selection was amazing, and we loved the fresh fruit and coffee. The hotel's convenient location allowed for an easy walk to the popular tourist spots and close to some great eating places, which were open on Christmas day. We also enjoyed using the hotel's free laundry facilities which helped a lot after a day out exploring the nearby Taroko National Park.

The room's lighting was a bit dim, and the heating system was not enough to keep us warm on the cold winter nights. the shuttle service had a limited schedule that did not align with our itinerary.

I loved the hotel's convenient location which allowed me to easily explore the city as well as reach the main tourist spots nearby. The staff was particularly friendly and gave me a map that guided me in choosing good places to eat. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the free laundry room was very helpful. During my recent stay at Park City Hotel, I was impressed by the convenient location and affordable price. The hotel may have old facilities, but it didn't hinder my overall experience. Although there was no towel hanger in the bathroom, the staff promptly brought an ice bucket into my room. Additionally, the free breakfast, free parking, and abundance of nearby restaurants and cafes were definite advantages. I would recommend this hotel for its value and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel we stayed at was conveniently located and the staff were extremely helpful. We were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants, and the breakfast had a good selection of fruits and salads. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the added bonus of laundry facilities and free parking. the playroom was a great added touch for families traveling with kids.

The facilities were a bit dated and some equipment, such as the TV remote had issues.
